Data Processing Consent

This document reproduces the full text of the independent consent checkboxes presented at registration time on the Ink Platform. The per-purpose separation satisfies the express-consent requirement set in article 5(2) of Law N° 8968.

Consent checkboxes

• General personal-data processing Required

  I grant my express and informed consent to the processing of my personal data by the Platform, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and article 5 of Law N° 8968 on the Protection of the Person against the Processing of their Personal Data.

• Tax verification with Hacienda Required

  I authorize lookups against the Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance using my national ID number, via the public API api.hacienda.go.cr, for assignment of the applicable Plan and the issuance of electronic invoices.

• Automated assistant processing Required

  I authorize the automated processing of my conversations by Gemini 2.5 Flash from Google, strictly limited to appointment booking and artist-account onboarding. Google Cloud does not use this data to train its models, under the Data Processing Addendum of its paid account. I may request exclusively human attention at any time.

• International data transfer Required

  I accept that my data may be transferred to servers in the United States operated by the data processors Google Cloud, DigitalOcean and Meta Platforms, in accordance with article 14 of Law N° 8968.

• Data sharing with OnvoPay Required

  I authorize the sharing of strictly necessary data (name, national ID, IBAN where applicable, transaction amounts and references) with ONVO Costa Rica S.A., corporate ID 3-101-815764, for payment processing and, on the Pro Plan, direct settlement of my income.

• WhatsApp and Instagram communications Required

  I authorize contact via the WhatsApp Business API and Instagram Direct Messages for operational communications about booking, payment and service. Marketing communications require an additional, separate and independent consent.

• Promotional communications (optional) Optional

  I agree to receive promotional communications and news about new platform features. I may revoke this consent at any time without affecting the rest of the service.

Revocation of consent

You may revoke any of the consents below through the in-app form, by email to privacidad@tinta.pro, or by WhatsApp at the official number. Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to it, and may entail termination of the service when the consent is essential to provide it.

Technical record of each consent

Each time a user activates the checkboxes, the Platform stores: timestamp, IP address, user agent, language in which the text was shown, the individual state of each checkbox and the version in force of each legal document at that moment. This record is immutable and is kept for the periods described in the Privacy Policy.

Language

In case of any discrepancy between the versions of this document, the Spanish version prevails.
