Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted and prohibited conduct; sanitary obligations under Executive Decree 44108-S; three-strike regime.

In case of any discrepancy between the versions of this document, the Spanish version prevails.

This Acceptable Use Policy defines permitted and prohibited conduct on the Ink Platform. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of the account, as well as any applicable legal action. It is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. Permitted use

The Platform must be used exclusively for booking, management, payment and operational communication related to lawful tattoo and body-art services between authorized Tattoo Artists and End Clients of legal age.

2. Prohibited content (tattoos)

  • Child sexual abuse material: zero tolerance. Any verified report will result in immediate suspension and referral to the OIJ and the Specialized Prosecutor against Human Trafficking.
  • Apology for terrorism or organized crime, and imagery that promotes hatred against groups protected by ethnic, religious, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or nationality grounds (Nazi and neo-Nazi symbols, supremacist, terrorist).
  • Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights: trademarks and works protected by Law N° 6683 on Copyright and Related Rights, absent a license.
  • Tattoos on minors without the documentation and presence of the legal representative required by Executive Decree N° 44108-S.
  • Practices prohibited by Executive Decree N° 44108-S: use of injectable anesthetics; operation at fairs, beaches, hair salons, jewelry stores, kiosks or any other unauthorized location.

3. Prohibited Artist conduct

  • Falsification of credentials or identity impersonation.
  • Operating without a valid Sanitary Operating Permit.
  • Inducing End Clients to pay outside the Platform with the purpose of evading the Commission during the account's lifetime.
  • Harassment, discrimination, violent or non-consensual sexualized language in client communications.
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

4. Prohibited End-Client conduct

  • Supplying false identity or tampered documents.
  • Payment fraud, abusive chargebacks, or use of payment methods not authorized by their holder.
  • Repeated no-shows (three or more in a six-month period).
  • Harassment, threats or abusive conduct against Artists or Platform staff.

5. Compliance with WhatsApp and Instagram policies

  • Unsolicited messages, mass-distribution lists and commercial communications without consent are prohibited.
  • Strict compliance with Meta's Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.
  • Use of templates is reserved for operational communications outside the twenty-four (24) hour service window.

6. Virtual-Assistant usage

  • No prompt-injection attempts or exploitation of the Assistant to obtain responses outside the defined business flow.
  • The Virtual Assistant may not be used as a general-purpose model.
  • Repeated attempts to bypass the Assistant's restrictions will be treated as abusive conduct.

7. Enforcement

Violations are classified and sanctioned as follows:

  • Minor violations (formal non-compliance, fixable errors): three-strike model. First strike, formal warning; second strike, seven (7) calendar-day suspension; third strike, permanent termination.
  • Serious violations (fraud, violence, prohibited material, repeated sanitary breaches): immediate termination without prior warning, with referral to the competent authorities where applicable.
  • Most serious violations (child sexual abuse material, terrorism, human trafficking): immediate termination, withholding of pending funds until judicial authorization and mandatory referral.

8. Reporting mechanism

Anyone may report prohibited conduct through:

  • Form within the Platform under "Report".
  • Email to hola@usure.pro with subject "AUP Report".
  • WhatsApp at the Platform's official number.

The Platform will acknowledge receipt and respond within forty-eight (48) business hours.

9. Language
